Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (cryo, paraffin) and Immunofluorescence. Direct detection and identification of bacteria in clinical specimens including formalin-fixed lung autopsies. Detection of soluble serogroup 1 antigen in urine in the early stage of the disease. Identification of L. pneumophila serogroup 1 isolates in culture. Immunofluorescence: 1:20 in PBS.
